However HIV/AIDS remains a major killer disease thus rendering many children and youth orphans.The population growth continues to increase highly meaning the problem also continues to escalate. The maority of children and youth live in absolute poverty, face high motality of HIV/AIDS, lack health care facilities, safe water and sanitation, quality education, adequate housing etc of which put this generation who are the pillars of our nation at a great risk.
